Could you review my current meal plan? I want to lose 5kg over the next two months while keeping my energy up for workouts.

Your plan is solid overall. I recommend increasing protein at breakfast and reducing simple carbs in the evening. Aim for a modest 300–400 kcal daily deficit and keep hydration up around your workouts.
